(First blog of the year) Can you find love in chrisland?

Image
After all the talk about freshmen and returnees comes the first topic of the year.  :  Love and Discovering Love in Chrisland. Directly addressing the current problem would seem to mean disregarding the new year, the proverbial "elephant in the room." You deserve a slap on the back and a congrats hug (or handshake) for making it this far. Here's to a larger and better year if you keep up the good work; we will all get there. Now to the buzz: Despite all the talk, love relationships in college can occasionally be overblown, and not everyone will find their husband or wife there. Most people don't find love at college, at that.  The schedule of classes and attempting to maintain classes is enough love interest for many people, if you ask me why. Then, if you inquire about my experience settling in College, Chrisland University is a school for reading and pure cruising, finding love in Chrisland is as simple as finding the fabled needle in a haystack.  Despite what some m

What to wear: dressing guide for a chrislander

Freshers aboard! This post will be succinct (short) and to the point because it discusses the proper attire for Chrisland students. If you haven't already, please read my previous posts as well (if not, what year do you even live in?πŸ’€). In Chrisland, your clothing unlocks many doors for you, with the exception of the doors to your toilet and wardrobe because you know it will be strange πŸ˜‚. However, the way you dress essentially represents who you are and how to be recognized. This article will discuss these and other minor but important rules and regulations. (I love the word "essential," it's so important.🌚)  Chrisland University isn't for you if you are a serious rule-breaker, to start. The dress code and standards are fairly strict at the school. The most basic requirement is that while attending lectures, you must always carry your ID around your neck. Moving on to dressing.                                         GUYS . Aww, you’re a fresher πŸ₯Ή.

It's interesting how I've always wanted to claim to have experienced it myself. It's actually funnier and crazier now that I'm a sophomore (200 level is  sophomore year  just a lot of grammarπŸ˜‚).     However, this article is about you, the novice or greenhorn. Fresher extraordinaire (drumrolls please), while it may seem like a big deal to you, it's really just a lot of attempting to arrive in time and meet the correct people while also not missing lectures and everything else. As a fresher just getting started, I think there isn't much to be happy about. However, keep in mind me and my people in your food kingdom if you truly wish to rejoice πŸ˜‚. WHAT TO DO. As a new student, you might not know what to do during your first few days or weeks at the school, but by the grace of God, you should at least know what to do. However, the best advice I can give you is to get out and about and become familiar with the campus and its surroundings. The location of the rel

A general anime review and recommendation

Stuff for the weebs, at last, πŸ™‚. hello, or should I say Konnichiwa. The anime content has been pending on this blog for a while, well I guess the weebs laugh last. first up we shouldn't skedaddle around some protocol. I asked around on college grounds, what exactly is anime? first response. Elliot: anime is an over illustrated depiction of  Japanese myth and imagination. second response. Tife: anime is many things but definitely not a cartoon. so personally I believe anime is simply animations depicting different imaginations or portraying specific messages such as truth, misguided loyalty, blind love, sex craze or whatever. that said and done, college dork 001 has compiled a list of top ten anime content for your satisfaction. first up thank you to all the people that responded as soon as I asked for their personal top ten, mainly joy and Emmanuel (semo ). so I got a personal top ten from a girl and one from a guy. As usual, ladies' first  joy"s personal top ten animw.

let somebody shout I love dogs.... [this has nothing to do with normal love for dogs.. πŸ‘±] hello everyone, sorry for not coming over to this corner of the world for a while. I have not been busy, or rather I have being busy doing nothing....literally busy being lazy so i apologize immensely for that and I promise to keep up.  Now to the topic at hand, exams!! you"re prepared and not prepared for college examinations to be honest. You go deep thinking the examination questions are going to be vague and like a putin strike... there the questions are, right on the surface. there"s a different kind of feeling for everyone in the examination hall ranging from visible discomfort to excitement to depression. As for me, my examinations were cool if I was seating two seats away from SOMEONE πŸ˜‡. unfortunately you all are either too young or too old for romance so we will pass. but let me say one thing: an unwise man [me] once said:  INSPIRATION CAN COME IN MANY WAYS,IN THE HAYS OR THE

Life from the eyes of: with lvrd j

An artist, startup entrepreneur and fine boy of the decade 😏.  Today on   life from the eyes of, we will be interviewing an upcoming artist, undergraduate and startup entrepreneur, lvrd j.  Hi, lvrd jπŸ€— can we know you? I am Joshua Bassey, Joshua Joseph Bassey also known as lvrd j. So what inspired the name lvrd j? It started from me following the trend of adding the prefix lvrd to usernames and making it into nicknames, when I was in year 10 or 12 I decided to go into music so I just thought of my ig username and that was it. What do you classify your genre of music as? Umm...I guess hip-hop mainly because I was really good at hip-hop but in this country for you to succeed you have to diversify and enter most of afrobeats and all. So I do afrobeats, hip-hop and RnB  So what  encourages you to do music? What I love doing the most was listening to music, So I thought why not make my own sound? And listen to it and then let others listen to it. So who are your role models in the music
